I currently design or art direct all marketing pieces (website, social media, paid media, blog and print) for all four brands in Wiley's Assessment Portfolio, while managing a small team of designers and a creative agency partner.

Lead two major rebrands (Wiley Workplace Intelligence and The Leadership Challenge) and launched two assessment websites (Everything DiSC and The Leadership Challenge) in less than two years.

Developed effective and trusting relationships with our creative agency partners, web development contractors, Wiley's internal product teams and Wiley's corporate brand team to ensure the outmost quality and consistency of our brands across mediums.

Partnered with award-winning architecture and interior design firms (WRNS, JHuang Design) to create experiential design works for Amazon, Airbnb, Google, Mission College, and Whole Foods, among others.

Worked directly with a variety of clients over the years including: non-profits, faith-organizations, investment firms, defense contractors, educational institutions and marketing firms. Many of my clients are previous employers or colleagues who've hired me again as a freelancer.

Lead all design services specializing in ground-floor branding, design strategy and first web presence launches for science and tech startups.

Designed and produced the Amazon HQ2 bid package for the city of Austin,TX, which was shortlisted as a finalist.

Trained and mentored two designers, procured web development partner for our client projects, and lead a brand overhaul and website redesign for Jones-Dilworth, Inc.
